This specially crafted set is catered to enhance the driving experience in the front area. This set includes original lamps for illuminating the door pockets, and handles replaced by original door handles with ambient lights elements. The crafted wiring harnesses allow for an easy and non-invasive assembly both LHD and RHD vehicles.
The pockets of the front door panels have factory sockets. After removing the sides, you can easily install additional original lamps from the Titanium model.
The concept of retrofitting the passanger (shotgun) door handles with ambient lighting is based on a non-invasive extension of the window control button illumination. Just remove the plastic door panel, replace the handle and connect with a dedicated harness. The presented solution allows you to install the wiring necessary to connect the ambient lights to the door handles and the SHOTGUN door pockets using the non-invasive Plug&Play method.
The connection of the driver's door handle lighting can be done by a crafted harness wire that allows you to extend in Plug&Play the power supply of the lock/unlock button in the handle. Everything has been designed to be a non-intrusive and simple installation.
ATTENTION! Ford used a different cable arrangement for RHD and LHD. This does not change the general concept for both variants. However, it makes it necessary to use different cable combinations, and thus, the wiring variants for LHD and RHD are incompatible.
In April '21, Ford moved the lock/unlock button from the door handle to the door control panel. This change requires a different power supply and wiring concept.
